El El presente curso, constituye un esfuerzo conjunto de la Universidad Peruana Cayetano Heredia (UPCH) con el Centro de Investigación de Enfermedades Tropicales de la Marina de los EEUU (NMRCD) – Perú. El curso está diseñado exclusivamente para alumnos de pregrado de diferentes facultades, con el objeto de brindarles una introducción a los principios generales de la elaboración, diseño y redacción de propuestas de investigación.

During the last five years health care system in Rwanda has expanded its coverage and increased the number of health professionals working in that field either in public, private or partner institutions. As consequence, many databases have been created with enormous amount of data that is increasingly produced in the decision making process of different public health programs and interventions. The goal of the workshop is to improve skills in data analysis and scientific writing with the ultimate goal to build capacity for scientific publication. At the end of the course participants will be able: i) to learn and apply basic analysis procedures using statistical analysis software and ii) to develop the skills and apply tools needed to write research papers and other scientific publications.
The course is organized by the School of Public Health of Rwanda in partnership with the School of Public Health of the Peruvian University Cayetano Heredia under the guidance of the Permanent Secretary in the ministry of Health and the funding of TRACnet III (CDC-Voxiva).

El curso transmite a los participantes un conjunto de conceptos acerca de la gerencia estratégica. Brinda a los participantes un entendimiento y conocimiento de carácter relevante y práctico sobre las tendencias en la gerencia para responder a los cambios y las principales herramientas básicas para su aplicación en los servicios de salud
